Kate is a Performance Nutritionist with over 10 years' experience working with athletes, of all levels across various sports. She has helped a number of athletes, including teens, achieve National & World Champion status in a variety of sports.
Kate's key area of expertise is her work with young athletes, helping them to understand the impact of fuel on health, growth and performance and how to get the best out of themselves.
She has been working at Crystal Palace Football Club Academy for 6 seasons and works with a number of tennis academies, sports clubs and schools.
Kate was a National level sprinter as a teenager and has continued to train and compete ever since. She knows it's important to practice what she preaches and is always in training for an event. She is a Hyrox World Champion and is a good advert for the power of food!
Fran has over 13 years' experience as a Public Health Nutritionist. She works with schools, youth and community organisations promoting fad free, no nonsense nutrition advice. She also works with young athletes & sports clubs including elite junior taekwondo, rugby, netball, gymnastics and athletics .
Fran develops nutrition solutions that are simple, relatable and practical, something that is essential when considering how to fuel young athletes.
Fran is a big fan of teaching through cooking and runs popular cookery workshops and is a Jamie's Ministry of Food trained cook.
Fran can regularly be found bossing her way through half marathons and trail runs, fuelled and fabulous.
